-Add two languages: Polish and English, both with subtitles.
-Balanced the cash reward for killing patients.
-Reworked the time system — each body burned in the furnace adds +3 minutes to the main timer.
-The player now starts with 5 minutes of gameplay time.
-Add notes to all patients
-Add two endings good and bad
